Famous for its blue lighting. Its specialties are the retro, kitschy jellies in vivid primary colors and the paintings of beautiful women by Seiji Togo seen everywhere throughout the shop. There's a first floor and a second floor, but the second floor is the one to choose. The seats are cramped, but from the windows you can see the Takase River.
