Basic Information
Description
In the basement of the former Mainichi Newspaper building (1928), with cash-on-order service. It feels like the basement of an old university hall — dim, yet with faint daylight filtering through a skylight. The counter is lined with plentiful side dishes for a proper meal, and it's also a fine place to settle in with tea or a drink. With large tables and an unhurried atmosphere, you'll even spot people holding meetings here. It's cheap and easygoing. At the far end is Paralax, a record shop strong in noise music.
