Description
Since its founding in 1934, this salon has drawn many artists and cultural figures. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit of a concern, but the location is easy to find: head a little south from the Shijo-Kiyamachi intersection with the Takase River on your left. The coffee is a semi-Vienna style. The building is registered as a cultural property.
