Description
The Enma Hall enshrines a seated statue of King Enma and a standing statue of Ono no Takamura. There is a well said to lead to the underworld.
The "Rokudo no Tsuji" crossroads in front of the gate was believed to be the boundary between this world and the next. From August 7th to 10th, the "Rokudo Mairi" ceremony is held to welcome spirits from the realm of the dead.
